Early morning classes,
including the 8:00 am class
on Saturdays, students must use the 11th Avenue
entrance. These doors will be unlocked 15 minutes before class time. For all
classes outside of store business hours, Yoga Mala will be accessible through
the 11th Avenue entrance.
Studio
opens 15 minutes prior to classes for students to arrive and change.

All other classes for Aug. 2 only are cancelled.
Note: the theme for Sattva this month is "back body.
Note:
The
unleveled classes (eg. Ashtanga vs Ashtanga 1 are appropriate for beginners
and experienced students. They are a blend of Intro and Level 1 classes. Beginners
wanting to start a
Level 1 class are urged to try at least one intro or unleveled class first
to prepare them for Level 1
classes. (This is not mandatory, but a recommendation.)
* Gentle Hatha for Backs is suitable for pregnancy.
