  . . . comfortable clothing that you can move in. You may sweat, so breathable fabrics are best. Closer fitting, ideally with stretch, is preferable to reduce gapping.

  . . . Yoga Mala has mats, but if you have your own sticky mat, bring it along. You may also want to bring a small towel if you tend to get sweaty, and a water bottle. Most important is the great attitude you bring into class with you.

  . . . Anyone can do yoga! To make sure you are coming to a class appropriate for you, please read the class descriptions and inform the instructor ahead of time if you have any particular issues you would like addressed before beginning the class.
